3 mi, 35 minutes
My left side got a cramp half-way into my run (likely because I started off a little dehydrated), so my time was slower today. I can't seem to go past 3 miles though--running on a treadmill, in one stationary place seems too monotonous for anything past this 3 mile mark. I'll have to try running outside if the weather looks good tomorrow =)
